What are we studying?
From the evening news to our everyday lives, conflict swirls around us. This series traces the source of conflict from the fall of humanity and looks at God’s pursuit of people in spite of our sin. Each lesson seeks to establish the certainty of God’s hope through the message of Jesus and offer practical understanding of how to experience and share the hope for peace we have in Him.
Few things can seem as challenging to students, and yet as exciting, as sharing their faith. In this 6-week small group study, you’ll have everything you need to get rid of old stereotypes on “witnessing” and easily teach your students effective ways to share the story of God’s love. Whether addressing fear, unhealthy expectations, or a lack of training, this resource is packed with tools to save you time while turning your students into evangelists.
The book of James seems a perfect fit for a youth ministry setting. It’s basic, entry-level, in-your-face Christianity. A real workout. Nothing fancy. No glamor-cize at the club. Just crunches, push-ups, and heavy bag work in a smelly basement gym. But if your students are up to the challenge, James will shape them into a hard-body believer. Over five weeks, they’ll tackle some of the most practical teachings outside of the gospels.
This small group curriculum series will help your students get solid biblical insight on topics ranging from friendships and gossip to peer pressure and sex. Designed to get your students talking about significant and real issues that they face everyday, you’ll see your students begin to open up, share their thoughts and feelings, and witness the formation of deep and lasting friendships.
In Guy Talk Girl Talk 2: The Cure For Cooties, you’ll get ten weeks of ready-to-use—yet fully customizable—lessons, handouts, promotional materials and more. And while the material is written twice for separate guys and girls groups, the topics are the same for each lesson (like, you’ll both study “Temptation” at the same time), just one is geared for guys and the other is geared for girls. This not only saves you tons of time in prep, but it also gives you lots of opportunity for discussion in a mixed group later.
